All bookings must be made at the latest by 18.00 on the day before your flight. When making a booking, please provide the following information:

ε) Contact number (mobile phone)
στ) Whether you have pets or special luggage requirements (e.g. musical instruments or luggage that requires a trolley)
ζ) Child booster or baby car seat(s) needed, if any.

Depending on how you made the booking, you will receive one of the following confirmation notices the same day:

1) A confirmation email (for bookings made through our website or by email)
2) A confirmation text message (for bookings made via text message)
3) A Viber or WhatsApp notification (for bookings made via those apps).

This response is only a confirmation of your booking. The exact pick-up time will be confirmed later.

On the day of your journey, 10 minutes before the specified pick-up time, you will receive a phone call or text message inviting you to make your way to the specified pick-up point. If the driver is delayed, we will inform you directly by phone call or text. We will do everything possible to ensure that you arrive at the airport on time. Please make sure that your mobile phone is switched on and that you arrive on time, as delays are liable to affect other passengers.

Once all the passengers have boarded the taxi, the driver will set off for the airport. Our taxis are scheduled to arrive at the airport one and a half hours before the flight’s departure time. Upon arrival, once you have taken your luggage, please pay the driver the agreed fare, unless you have already done so online.

At the airport, your driver will be waiting for you at a specific meeting point, holding a sign with our company logo:

Charleroi airport:

• For T1 arrivals: The meeting point is in the arrivals hall of the airport building in Exit 3, just opposite the TUI office. (on your left-hand side after exiting the luggage hall)
• For T2 arrivals: The meeting point is in the building’s outdoor passageway, just outside the luggage hall.

Zaventem airport:

• The meeting point is in the arrivals hall, just outside the luggage hall on the left-hand side, in front of the 'Quick' restaurant.

Don't worry if your flight is late: our company is automatically informed of potential delays, and we will take the necessary steps to ensure that your taxi journey takes place without any issues. Please make sure your mobile phone is switched on.
