2. Proper use of the website
The visitor / user of the pages and services of the website www.lambroslines.com must read carefully these terms before visiting or using its pages and services. If he does not agree, then he must not use its services and content. The visitor / user is requested to check the content of these pages for possible changes. The continued use of this website, even after any changes, means the unconditional acceptance of these terms by the visitor / user.
3. Membership registration
If the visitor / user wishes to subscribe to the services of lambroslines.com, he agrees to:
a) provide true, accurate, valid and complete information requested by the site and
b) maintain and update his registration data so that they remain true, accurate, valid, up-to-date and complete.
Members are solely responsible for all operations carried out under their personal password, username and generally their account (user account). Each member is responsible to keep the use of his account details strictly personal and to inform immediately about any use of his account by third parties which caused a violation of the described terms of use.
4. Links to other sites
The website does not control the availability, the content, the privacy policy and the quality of the services of other websites (pages) and pages which it refers to through hyperlinks or banners. Therefore, for any problem that arises during their visit / use, visitors / users must go directly to the respective websites and pages, which are fully responsible for the provision of their services. λambros λines should in no way be considered as endorsing or accepting the content or services of such sites and pages which it refers to or that it is linked to them in any other way.
5. Visitor / user responsibility
The visitor / user of the pages and services of lambroslines.com assumes full responsibility for any damage caused by misuse or improper use of the relevant services.
6. Payment Terms - Refunds
We check all arrivals and departures for possible delays. In the unlikely event that the driver and customer cannot meet in the predefined area, we will try to locate the customer by phone. However, it is the customer's responsibility to provide a correct and valid mobile phone number (including the international code) during the booking process. In case of omission, the customer assumes the responsibility to contact the company to inform about any delays or problems locating the driver.
No refunds:
(a) if a customer misses the transfer, because he does not provide a valid telephone number and does not contact the company in time.
(b) If a customer cancels his reservation in less than 6 hours from the scheduled date and time as indicated in his booking.
c) if a passenger has been refused boarding because of inappropriate behaviour or use/influence of alcohol.
In case the waiting time exceeds 2 hours without the fault of both parties, our company is obliged to return 50% of the total amount.
7. Compensation
lambroslines.com is not responsible for claims that exceed the amount paid by the customer. In the unlikely event of failure to provide the service, the customer is entitled to compensation corresponding to the amount already paid. No other extra amounts can be claimed. Please note that drivers have the right to refuse boarding to passengers that are under the influence of alcohol or behave inappropriately. In such cases there will be no refund and if any damage, there will be prosecution and a claim for compensation.
